After studying Hospitality Management in the Netherlands, I expanded my international outlook by following a sustainability-focused course at Arizona State University. After gaining experience in training and development, I joined Nespresso, where I became Director at 29 and led the brand to market leadership in the Netherlands.
With over 20 years of executive experience, I know the weight of responsibility that comes with leadership. And how valuable it is to have someone beside you who challenges you: honestly, objectively, and without any hidden agenda.
Since 2012, I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and senior executives worldwide as a strategic sparring partner. I work with those in the spotlight. The ones who don’t need more noise, but clarity. Who benefit from someone telling them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Always discreetly, always grounded in trust.
Since 2016, I’ve been building businesses with psychologist and bestselling author Kelly Weekers. Together, we helped entrepreneurs and leaders grow through clarity in strategy, positioning, and mindset.
In 2022, we launched Moonshot Publishing to self-publish Kelly’s books internationally. Our former coaching company evolved into Kelly Weekers Media (KWM), where we now focus on expanding her international brand. Sparring is still offered, highly selectively.
